Providing the strategic direction for the division is our Business Unit Manager who works closely with our Regional Sales Managers to assess the market, identify gaps and opportunities, and drive overall business growth within the industrial and sign & graphics markets. With an incredible depth of experience among the team, they work closely with our distributor partners to problem-solve customer issues; provide knowledge, training and product samples; evaluate applications; and recommend solutions that are a win-win. For more complex applications, we rely on the expertise of our Technical Support Manager to help troubleshoot, resolve issues and provide solutions. In addition to our four Regional Sales Managers, Palram has six independent reps that provide sales support in specific geographies throughout the country.

Seasoned Marketing Pro to Help Create New Opportunities
Brenda will implement new programs and promotions to generate more qualified opportunities for you in both new and existing markets. She is responsible for managing all of the marketing needs for the company’s Palsun® polycarbonate, Palight® foam PVC and Palclear® transparent PVC lines, including lead generation strategies, brand awareness, digital marketing, content marketing, advertising, tradeshows, and sales enablement tools.
Brenda comes to Palram with 25+ years experience, having worked at a full-service marketing agency and a global industrial supply manufacturing company. She held various roles aligned with marketing strategy, product development & management, demand generation, brand management, as well as system, process & profitability improvement.
New Voice of the Customer Manager: Enhancing the Customer Experience
In her new role, Johana will be gathering customer feedback through a variety of means including direct contact, surveys and via our return program. By analyzing all customer data collection points, she’ll look for trends and make recommendations as Palram strives for continuous improvement throughout the organization. From packaging to order accuracy, delivery performance to product quality, Johana will be monitoring our performance. And as part of our LEAN culture, Johana will utilize LEAN tools to drive actions improving the quality of the customer experience.
